120 lot residential subdivision consisting of vegetation clearance and construction of new public roads, stormwater drainage including an under-road onsite detention chamber with suitable water quality treatment measures, sewer, water, and utility reticulation.

CivPlan’s duties included:

  • DA Consent modification coordination, easement negotiation facilitation and civil engineering concept design.
  • Detailed civil engineering design and associated project management of other consultants in preparation of Subdivision Works Certificate (SWC) lodgment.
