24 lot residential subdivision consisting of the existing dwelling demolition, land remediation, vegetation clearance and construction of new public roads, stormwater drainage including an under-road onsite detention chamber with suitable water quality treatment measures, sewer, water, and utility reticulation.

CivPlan’s duties included:

  • DA Consent modification coordination, easement negotiation facilitation and civil engineering concept design.
  • Detailed civil engineering design and associated project management of other consultants in preparation of Subdivision Works Certificate (SWC) lodgment.
  • Client-side Superintendence, with duties including tender management, contract administration, technical advice during construction, overall project supervision and coordination and lodgment of the Subdivision Certificate (SC).

35 Byron Rd, Tahmoor

37 lot residential subdivision consisting of vegetation clearance and the construction of new public roads, stormwater drainage including a featured onsite detention and water quality treatment basin, sewer, water, and utility reticulation.

CivPlan’s duties included:

  • Client-side Superintendence, with duties including tender management, contract administration, technical advice during construction, overall project supervision and coordination and lodgment of the Subdivision Certificate (SC).

27 lot residential subdivision consisting of the existing dwelling demolition, land remediation, vegetation clearance and construction of new public roads, stormwater drainage including a featured onsite detention and water quality treatment basin, upstream trunk stormwater drainage network, sewer, water, and utility reticulation.

CivPlan’s duties included:

  • Detailed civil engineering design in preparation of Subdivision Works Certificate (SWC) lodgment.
