6 lot rural residential subdivision consisting of the existing secondary structure demolition, vegetation clearance and construction of a new public road, stormwater drainage pit and pipe network, onsite sewer management systems and disposal areas, water, and utility reticulation.

CivPlan’s duties included:

• Detailed civil engineering design and associated project management of other consultants in preparation of Subdivision Works Certificate (SWC) lodgment.
• Client-side Superintendence, with duties including tender management, contract administration, technical advice during construction, overall project supervision and coordination and lodgment of the Subdivision Certificate (SC).
