39 lot rural residential subdivision consisting of vegetation clearance and construction of new public roads, roundabout intersection, stormwater drainage including numerous bioretention and onsite detention basins, drainage corridor and associated box culvert, water, and utility reticulation.

CivPlan’s duties included:

• DA Consent modification coordination, easement negotiation facilitation and civil engineering concept design.
• Consultation with WaterNSW in relation to the DA Modification and water quality treatment measures, due to the projects being located within the WaterNSW Drinking Catchment.
• Detailed civil engineering design and associated project management of other consultants in preparation of Subdivision Works Certificate (SWC) lodgment.
