Commercial business park development consisting of a staged community title business park with large scale trunk drainage infrastructure, large scale roundabout intersection upgrades and internal road network, stormwater drainage, water quality treatment measures and utility reticulation including main relocations and upgrades.

CivPlan’s duties included:

• DA Consent contribution to the overall staged masterplan and civil engineering concept design.
• Consultation with the client, town planner, surveyor, architects, and various stakeholders including builders, tenants, and authorities.
• Detailed civil engineering design and associated project management of other consultants in preparation of Construction Certificate (CC) and Subdivision Works Certificate (SWC) lodgment.
• Onsite wastewater management strategy and feasibilities.
• Client-side Superintendence, with duties including tender management, contract administration, technical advice during construction, overall project supervision.
