120 lot residential subdivision consisting of vegetation clearance and construction of new public roads, stormwater drainage including an under-road onsite detention chamber with suitable water quality treatment measures, sewer, water, and utility reticulation.

DA Consent modification coordination, easement negotiation facilitation and civil engineering concept design.
Detailed civil engineering design and associated project management of other consultants in preparation of Subdivision Works Certificate (SWC) lodgment.
